Abstract
Oscar Mining Pty. Ltd. acquired EL 5203 in mid 2009 and engaged Exploration Management Services Pty. Ltd. (EMS) to review the licence area within its regional setting.

Pursuant to the geological and geophysical review by EMS consulting geologist Mr Geoff Turner interpreted an extension of the Milloo Fault to the north of Milloo, under cover. South of EL 5203, Leviathan Resources had previously demonstrated the presence of gold under cover at Milloo.

In November 2009, an application was submitted for a drilling subsidy under the RVD-3 initiative. Oscar Mining received advice of a successful application.

Drill testing for gold under cover across this interpreted fault extension was determined to be an important rationale for this drilling program.

The program as initially proposed was for 15 holes to be drilled in two traverses across the Milloo Fault along roadside reserves. Due to access issues, which became apparent when the Work Plan was being considered by DPI in late 2009, the program was redesigned to comprise 3 or 4 possible traverses and to avoid Council road reserves and avoid one area of significant vegetation and areas of native grasses

These drill traverse amendments were notified to GSV when the acceptance document was signed by Oscar Mining.

As a separate and parallel activity, a short soil sampling program was conducted in two lines crossing the interpreted Milloo Fault. On both lines it could be inferred that a subtle rise in gold and/or arsenic anomalism could be detected.

Drilling returned generally non anomalous gold results, with the exception being one drill hole only showing low level, anomalous gold.
