Executive Summary:
In October 2019 the Victorian Government opened a tender for experienced minerals exploration companies to apply for mineral exploration rights over a 1,500 km2 area in central Victoria (the North Central Victorian Goldfields Ground Release). A one-day tender briefing for potential tenderers was held on Friday 13 December 2019 and included an overview by the Geological Survey of Victoria of the geology of the ground release area and the publicly available geoscience data.
