Product description:Preface The proposal to zone an area of land at Scoresby as extractive industrial in Amendment 3 and an area at Heatherton as special extractive in Amendment 21 to the approved Melbourne and Metropolitan Planning Scheme has created widespread public interest, particularly from landowners in these two areas.
