Product description:

Introduction (extract) The eastern Victorian Structural Zones 1:250 000 scale 3D geological model report and the accompanying model includes the Tabberabbera Zone, Omeo Zone, Deddick Zone, Kuark Zone and Mallacoota Zones. The other structural zones in Victoria have all benefited from deep seismic as opposed toe the Eastern Victorian zones. We have no control on geometry of structures at depth however concurrent research at GSV has developed a hypothesis for the evolution of the structural zones. This work has been incorporated into the modelling program to inform the 3D geological interpretation and forms the basis for the geophysical forward models used to constrain the modelling. This report describes the modelling workflow used to develop the Eastern Victoria model and also describes the interpretation associated with the new tectonic interpretation.

Download The downloadable version of this report and accompanying 3D model are supplied as PDF files (5.0MB and 69.2MB). The model data is provided as a zipped DXF file (25.9MB). 3D model attributes are also supplied (ZIP 7.7MB). All downloads are large files and will take some time to download.
